This pathway thoroughly examines the skills, qualities, and behaviours required to successfully lead a team while also executing the desired goals of the organization. Once a framework is established that can be duplicated, we introduce a specific skill set that all successful managers collectively possess.
Topics include Principles of Leadership, Delegation, How to Introduce and Instruct a New Skill, Stress Management, Project and Performance Management, Employee Development, Coaching Gen-Z and more.
HOW IT WORKS:
First, we consult with you to better understand your goals and identify the skills, behaviours and attitudes you are seeking to change
Based on this input, we develop a customized curriculum and integrate this into your management training program
Once the formal segment is complete, the coach transitions into a consulting role, offering continued support and guidance for managers post-training
